My Story

I didn't choose this work from a textbook. I chose it because I've sat in that chair too — uncertain, overwhelmed, and wondering if things could actually get better. They did. And I've spent the last 8 years helping other people find their way there too.
I'm a licensed psychologist based in New York City, specializing in anxiety, trauma, burnout, and the kind of pain that's hard to put into words. My approach is warm, direct, and deeply human — because that's what actually works.

I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to

need one.

Therapy that meets you where you are

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. Every person who walks into my office (or logs onto our call) brings a completely different story, nervous system, and set of needs. So that's where we start — with yours.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, somatic therapy, and attachment-based approaches. But more than any method, I bring genuine curiosity and zero judgment. We move at your pace. We work on what actually matters to you. And we don't stop until you feel it shifting.

How I Work

High-achieving, deeply feeling humans who are tired of just getting through it.

Most of my clients are people who look fine on the outside. They're holding down careers, relationships, and responsibilities — while quietly struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, or something they can't quite name.
They're not broken. They're just carrying too much, for too long, without the right support. If that sounds like you, you're in the right place.
